Winter can be long and dull; it seems like nothing’s going on. If you use all of your senses and poetic imaginations though, winter comes alive! Learn how to write haiku poems (a short and simple traditional Japanese form of poetry) about the sights, sounds, smells and feelings of winter as you experience it. You’ll put your winter haiku on the paper snowflakes you make and create a storm of poetry for all to see!
