A Letter from the Owner of Rebel Rebel

Hey friends!

I'm Lauren Friel, the wine brains behind Rebel Rebel, your friendly neighborhood feminist natural wine bar! 

I wanted to start Rebel Rebel because I believe good wine is for everyone—I felt like the neighborhood needed a place for folks to come together and engage with one another over a glass of something special. We pride ourselves on sourcing the rare and unusual, and offering it at the most affordable price we can manage. We get excited about what we're pouring, and we love sharing that with you!

In case you haven't visited yet, we're 100% womxn-owned and -operated. We're pretty tiny (just 284 square feet with some additional patio space), but we're mighty—since opening, we've been featured in Bon Appétit, Eater, The Boston Globe, Boston Magazine, The Improper Bostonian, Food & Wine, and some other stuff I can't keep track of!
