Tell us a little bit about Nook!
We are a bartender driven cocktail bar that enjoys playing with different flavor profiles and pushing the boundaries of what we put in a glass.
What inspired you to go into hospitality?
I love seeing people enjoy themselves. I love hosting in my personal life and love hosting professionally!
What aspect of your business makes you most proud to be a business leader in our community?
Guests telling stories of their great experiences with us or life events that included us as a location make me the happiest.

Union is an active and fun space full of creative and unique individuals, and I'm proud to be a member of something so special.
If you were to plan the perfect outing in Union Square, where would you go and what would you do?
Any day spent walking around a farmers market on a sunny day with an iced coffee in hand is one of my favorite days of the year.
Do you have any "behind the scenes" or fun facts that a customer might not know already?
We make everything from scratch! We're sticklers about only using fresh ingredients to create our libations.
