Circling is the practice of being with people, sharing and staying present with your live embodied experience and reactions to others.
It is a meditation practice where your focus is on direct perceptions or sensations, especially in relation to others (e.g. "Hearing your experience of loneliness, I feel soft toward you.") instead of focusing on another object such as the breath. The emphasis is on feeling what happens in your body instead of habitually reacting to it.
A session of Circling is called a "Circle" and lasts typically between 30 and 45 minutes.
In this session, you'll start with warm-up exercises and explanations about the practice, followed by 2 or 3 Circles. No experience necessary! $20
