Vendors with lots of Fluff treats make this a real party. You’ll find a wacky collection of items at the festival, from Fluff t-shirts to fluff inspired crafts, savory barbeque to classic whoopie pies, fluffernutters and rice krispie treats.
If you’re looking to buy Fluff Festival t-shirts, the 2011 shirts aren’t available until the day of festival. If you’d like to purchase one of the designs from previous years, those are available for purchase on-line here.
We’ve nailed down our vendors for this year’s Fluff Festival and it’s a great line-up!
With sweet food: Kickass Cupcakes, Fluffernutters by the Somerville High School Music Department, whoopie pies in a variety of flavors by Homebaked Bliss, s’mores by S’mores Code. Mama Gina’s is going Fluff-wild and cooking up a s’mores pizza and a fruit-fluff pizza. Definitely need to sample that! Taza Chocolate and Journeyman restaurant will have some special samples. Journeyman had been talking about beet and carrot flavored marshmallows…. intriguing!
Fluff crafty and other items including t-shirts, magnets and limited edition silkscreen posters from Union Square Main Streets, Fluff jewelry by Razberries, and Fluff loving items from Ideaka, Stella Marie Soap and iFix.
Plenty of savory food from Pao de Acucar (Brazilian barbeque), India Palace, Machu Picchu Charcoal Chicken and Grill, Jimbo’s Roast Beef and hot dogs and other goodies from Concept Carts. There’s outdoor dining at The Independent, Precinct, El Potro, Ronnarong and Cantina La Mexicana.
Several of our sponsors will have tables, some with special treats including Teddie Peanut Butter, Holiday Inn, Relay Rides, Cambridge Portuguese Credit Union, and Somerville Local First.
We’ve got some special activities planned beyond the Shenanigans and Derby and Midway Games. Artisan’s Asylum returns with their marshmallow shooters that had been such a big hit last year. Check out Red Balloon Company for some balloon twisting. Single Volunteers of Boston returns with sand art. There’s facepainting and glitter tattoos.

Created by Andrew Emerson of 5 Foot Design, this is the 2011 T-shirt image. We're also producing it as a limited edition silkscreen poster.
